[IMPROVE] Add in growth rate for the DCF functionality

What's the feature that should be improved? Add in the possibility to overwrite the growth rate for the DCF functionality. It can be common practice to arbitrarily set a rate on a company basis.

Describe how you would like the feature improved Have the option to change the growth ratio.

Possibly describe the ideal way to improve this Add in a parameter to the dcf command within fa that overwrites the linear regression method. Yes this can also be done in the Excel but can be more complicated to understand.

Additional information This comes from feedback from the Request a Feature form. The user would use the future to compare opinions of a firms projected growth to the estimates based on linear regression.
