Flashed Successfully - No LED

I flashed the default QMK layout as well as the LED shine firmware,

Keyboard works but the LEDs don't,

I don't have a LSHFT+RSHFT+B IAP in my config and the default key (as per the default layout for LEDs) does not work,

What exactly am I doing wrong here ?
