ReEntrant IRQ is causing hangups?

@Codetector1374 Quick question on this - would this result in the keyboard becoming unresponsive when attempting to active the RGB? In this particular case, I have a C15 that seems to crash/hang when attempting to active the lighting using Fn+9, while my other C15 behaves normally.

Still relatively new to this fw so if I'm in the wrong place I'll go ahead and put this in another issue :)

Enabling lighting causes a serial communication too and I believe the current protocol is not really robust. If it goes out of sync the board might freeze waiting for a byte that won't come.
