Platformio init leaves files wherever the cwd is.

Running openag firmware flash leaves the following files behind in the cwd whenever it runs.

src/ lib/ .pioenv/ platformio.ini

It would be a nice fix to just have it save the "Platform IO Project" to someplace consistently. Any ideas for a good place? One idea is ~/openag/pio_proj or something under the ~/openag/ space.
