Default set of plugins

Running openag firmware run_module generates a sketch that tries to run the module but provides no feedback about what values were collected or whether or not the sensor is working. This is basically never useful and shouldn't be the default. A more useful default might be to enable the CSV plugin and inform the user of this choice.
