Add global expectation for the whole scenario and not an inject only

Use case

When we create a scenario, expectations can only be attached to injects. It should be possible to also add expectations to the whole scenarios they might be applicable to the overall scenario and not an inject only.

In the inject or definition tab, a list of all the expectations could be added (attached to inject and global expectations)

Let's assume that the scenario is meant to simulate a Business Email Compromise attack. The injects will mainly be sending individual emails. I can have expactations for each email sent. But I can also have an expectation about the overall situation which is not tied to one inject only such as, (have the ISR team been called?) or "have the legal team been consulted?"
