Possibility to define Lesson Learned questionnaires in a Scenario

Use case

Today, you can only send manually a questionnaire from the tab "lessons learned", it would be less of a pain to automatize this comportment especially in the case of scenarios / recuring simulations

Small clarification (the title seems misleading to me): the best would be to be able to program at scenario level, given that simulation is the execution of the scenario.
