Prevent the use of injects in the case of unavailable inject contract

Use case

When an inject contact is down due to an injector problem, all its injects can't be played. We want to prevent the use of this injects and alert if the unavailble inject is used somewhere.

We want to disable the possibility to injects when its contract is unavailable:

• Deactivate the inject in the setting list of inject
• In a created exercise disable an inject

And alert the user to prevent tests being launched without all injects available in his test.

Technical solution idea

Add a check every 5/10/15 minutes to the injector that would verify is still available
