Full remove of dryrun and comchecks

I'm not sure I understand this issue. We want to remove dryrun and comchecks completely? It seems to me that this no longer exists in OpenBAS. Or is it the opposite, we want to re-implement them?

The usecase for these features is preventing execution errors on scheduled simulation and increasing user general confidence in OBAS.

This feature can help teams to make sure their setup is right before planing an exercise, rather than removing the option (from the code I presume) I think we should think about how to tailor it to fit human and technical injects.

Is there a reason why we don't want this feature anymore?
