Challenge icon color not correct

Description

When trying to validate a challenge flag and the maximum number of attempts is exceeded, an error alert is displayed on the dialog but the icon on the challenge card is green.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Set a challenge inject with a maximum number of attempts set
2. Launch the inject and click on the link sent via email
3. Try a wrong flag

Expected Output

The icon on the challenge card should indicate a failure (with the red colour for example)
