Cleanup command is not executed for Caldera inject

Description

When I launch a Caldera inject like "Disrupt Wifi", the command is executed but not the cleanup command.

Environment

1. OS (where OpenBAS server runs): Windows
2. OpenBAS version: 1.7.X
3. Windows asset with Caldera or OpenBAS Agent

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Create an atomic testing with the Caldera inject "Disrupt Wifi" and a Windows Asset
2. Launch it
3. The Wifi is disabled in the Asset (Windows) but not enabled again

Expected Output

The cleanup command must work

Actual Output

The cleanup command isn't launched
