No longer able to update inject expectations

Environment

OpenBAS on current master branch

Requirement

Have an exercise with injects that contain expectations.

Reproducible Steps

• Launch the exercise
• Go on a inject page of an exercise ( https://testing.obas.staging.filigran.io/admin/exercises/b86c8af4-56bf-4242-9593-e55d961ea505/injects/ea1ca091-1b3e-4cac-ae2c-cf88769c0c06 )
• Update inject expectation by clicking on the result card (see the sceenshot below )

Expected Output

A popup opens that allows you to update the expectation.

Actual Output

After the first inject expectation initialization, we are not able the update it anymore

Additional information

I am able to update the inject expectation, when i go on the animation tab

JB- Nov 7 : I'm reopening the bug, it is actually coming from a lack of responsiveness that hide the 3 dots icon.
