Should not be able to send a survey without a team

Context

Lessons learned and surveys that are sent at the end of an exercise.

Problem

At the minute and in the use case in which:

• I have a simulation
• I prepared a survey with 3 lessons learned
• I haven't added my team yet

I can still click on Send questionnaire even though my team is not there yet.

Suggested solution

2 things:

• modal that reminds the user to add a team first before sending the survey
• a sentence completing the text displayed already in place " Sending the questionnaire will emit an email to each player with a unique link to access and fill it. Make sure you add the team you want to send the survey to! "

TBD for tests implementation: -check that the team is not empty and has players
