Unable To Reset User Password

Hello, I am unable to reset the user password after setting up OWA on my host. Every time I click on reset password and input my email, I get a success message "Success! An e-mail containing instructions on how to complete the password reset process has been sent " but I never receive any email with instructions to reset my password.

I'm running a Linux Server with PHP 7.4 OWA 1.7.7
