It is difficult for ordinary users to upload firmware. There may be difficulties even if follow README. To make it easier for more users to access the latest firmware, we suggest creating automated script (linux, mac, windows), or referring to how files are uploaded.

I'd agree if the goal of this watch was end consumers. As the context of this project is "build your own smartwatch" I believe that providing flashing instructions is sufficient.
