[Enhancement]: Add Certificated Enum

Description of Enhancement :

OCX specifies we should track whether stock class is paper certificated, digital certificated or None. "Digital" is basically a level of formality on top of just tracking the entry - e.g. signig or DocuSigning a digital certificate.

Why is this Needed?

Proposal for the enum:

  • Paper
  • Digital Certificate
  • Uncertificated
  • Unknown (nil)

We're thinking we'll put this property on the issuance. There should also be an unknown type implicit where the field is omitted.
