Question:

could you pls. share the use case of StockReissuance. The reason I asekd is based on OCF site https://open-cap-table-coalition.github.io/Open-Cap-Format-OCF/schema_markdown/schema/objects/transactions/reissuance/StockReissuance/, I feel it only covers StockReissuance caused by a stock Split, I want to know if company buyback then reissue, or forfeied grants the reissue should be assoicated with this object.

Anything else we need to know?
