iPhone 4,1 iOS 8.1.3 Bundle is Invalid

I have attempted to restore with this bundle on multiple occasions and it always fails with error -94.

Other bundles for iOS 6 and 7 work on this same phone and computer so I know it’s not an issue with either of those.

This is easily replicated by creating an iOS 8.1.3 IPSW with the bundle provided and renaming a shsh file to match. The restore won’t even start. It fails at sending iBEC and the unit stays in DFU as if it didn’t even pick up the iBSS.

If you could create a new 4,1 iOS 8.1.3 bundle that would be amazing.
