Nightlies are created when a new commit to the master branch happens. They're done automatically by Github Actions and are usually downloadable from Nuget within 10 minutes

It was done so that it can be correctly casted to `LifetimeService`- actually you're right it can be fixed

How are images typically handled in the lib? Judging by user profile pics, don't we normally hash them and create a url for them?

Unable to find the `Cover` property on the `DiscordScheduledGuildEvent` class

Could you fix the conflicts and ensure this still functions correctly?
