GB core doesn't respond to sysem buttons

Provide a clear and concise description of the issue

The GB Core frequently doesn't respond to power off or menu button. It vibrates to register the press, but continues running. Have to quit Retroarch for the action to happen. Sometimes it does work- probably after only playing for a very short time.
