In page-bottom navigation (all pages), the download button fails. This is handled in the _data/navigation.yml file. This link is the only non-relative link among those present. Upon investigation, I can see that the link provided in the file (to the App Store) is (wrongly) concatenated to the base URL of the website. This makes sense for the relative links, but don't understand how to force this link to be abolute.
