Link to trigger E-mail reminder regarding sponsorship

Should include a link to your personal sponsorship page and a reference to renewals procedure for when it comes up

@jrosindell I'm not sure quite how to interpret this ticket:

• Is this a manually triggered e-mail linking your renewals page? If so, this is part of #439, is already done and can be closed.
• Is this a manually triggered e-mail to your personal donor page? Where would the form to trigger this live?
• Is the main point to add a link to your personal sponsorship page at the bottom of any e-mails sent in #439?

Yan and I have agreed that:

The link to your personal sponsorship page (http://www.onezoom.org/donor/YanWong) should be on the bottom of e-mails sent, as you suggest.

We need a page from which you can enter your e-mail address, press a pill button and be sent a reminder e-mail. This should be integrated at the top of /sponsor_user_manage.html (I'll change the page content later to explain it all, so don't waste your time on that part).

The same e-mail could serve both the purpose of getting a link to your personal sponsorship page (http://www.onezoom.org/donor/YanWong), a link to your private renewals page (http://www.onezoom.org/sponsor_renew/blahblahblah123) and an plain text list updating you about your various renewals.

So I think this issue can be closed once the e-mailer is working and linked to a pill button on /sponsor_user_manage.html
