Enhancement: Nesting of status page groups

Discussed with Nawaz - please add the ability to nest status page groups.

ex.

Facilities (group)

  • Campus (group)
    • Heating (monitor)

Without it I feel status pages (especially at a management / overview level) will become cluttered and too busy for the average user to follow.
