Enhancement: Maintenance intervals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes, there is a regular interval at which server maintenance is scheduled, for example every first Tuesday of the month between 20:00 and 22:00.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ability to set a fixed interval of maintenance with various methods (Every week, but also something more complex like every first Tuesday of the month)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually creating scheduled maintenances, using the API to create them automatically.

Additional context

This may be possible with Workflows, but I'm not yet a paying customer. Maybe a free trial would be good to make users see what options there are with workflows...
