Enhancement: Unraid Template

Many of us self hosters are always looking for a way to monitor our applications and this seems to fit the bill. Can an unraid template be made and added to the community appstore?

Normally I would as usually on docker hub all the variables / ports and paths are listed but with this one docker hub is empty.

This page has no details about the docker run command like ports, variables, paths.

docker-compose.yml file is in the root of this repo. Should be very easy to read.
