UI/UX: Creating Components in workflow Requires Scrolling Down to find button

When building a workflow, you shouldn't have to scroll all the way down in the trigger/component list.

This seems to be an issue caused by the list div max-h-[55rem].

I am not sure how to fix this and I am creating this issue to discuss how we can remediate this.
