Describe the bug Unable to mention a person or mark as urgent using MS Teams components

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'workflow'
2. Click on 'add component'
3. Scroll down to 'Send message to Teams'
4. Try posting a event to trigger end point

Expected behavior would like to tag/mention a person on the Teams notification and mark them as urgent but currently it just support text box and not able to notify or mark it as urgent.
