Enhancement: Add Discord Webhook Notification

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When an incident is created I don't see any integration out of 5000+ that allow me to send a Discord webhook.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if if I could send a Discord webhook without configuring my own json block.

Describe alternatives you've considered Creating a json post block to the using stuff I found online
