OneSignal Slide Prompt still shown to visitors even after disabling to not to show automatically

Description:

While disabling "Automatically prompt new site visitors with OneSignal Slide Prompt before Native Browser Prompt (recommended)" in settings should disable showing OneSignal Slide Prompt automatically to visitors. However somehow this setting is not followed and prompt is still shown to visitors.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Disable "Automatically prompt new site visitors with OneSignal Slide Prompt before Native Browser Prompt (recommended)" in OneSignal settings
2. Clear all Server side and client side cache
3. Visit website and it still shows OneSignal Slide Prompt automatically
