Adding Apostrophes to Slide prompt or push message title do not display correctly

When adding an Apostrophe or emojis into the Slide Prompt it gets replaced with ' or within the title of the post for the push, it gets replaced by ////

Example Slide prompt:

Action Message: We'd like to show y'all new updates don'tcha know!

Confirm button: Yes'ir Cancel button: Don't

Similar issue with apostrophe in the post title, using the same message as a post title, the push looks like this:

Workaround is to add a unicode apostrophe like this: ˈ

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Add a message with apostrophe into the slide prompt or notification title fields
2. visit the site to view the slide prompt
3. send a push to see the push title off

I was able to fix this in an upcoming update. But the WordPress plugin settings still adds the / inside each field causing more and more whenever you save.
