Notification is not reaching users.

I am adding onesignal to my current project. Users appear on the panel, but when I send notifications, they do not go to users. Unity 2019.4.28f1 Could you help.

Hello, thank you for reporting your issue. It looks like your users have not been subscribed to receive notifications.

Here are some common issues and their solutions to why users may not be subscribed : iOS Devices Android Devices

Let us know if your issue is not solved. If you have any problems, please provide information on your user devices and the version of the SDK you are using. Also include your Unity version if you are not using 2019.4.28f1 anymore.
