Double accent mark (Dead Key Issue)

Hi,

Spanish keyboard, I push ´ (" ´ ") while running and it makes it double (´´) so I cannot make accents.

This issue has a workaround fix in version 10.3.0.

Go to Settings -> Flags, and change Disable Chars Listener to True.

Please note that Phrase Replace function will not work in this mode.

(You can use Multi-hotkey as a substitute)

Explanation:

OneQuick uses the ToUnicode function to convert low-level key stroke to chars. However this function can mess up dead key state or the alt + numpad state.

According to this article, flag 2 should keep keyboard state. But in my tests, it sometimes doesn't work.
