Upgrade tusd to version 1.10+

Version 1.10.1 of tusd has been released with some changes. Add support for it. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for letting us know about the new version. Currently I don't have time to do the upgrade and all the testing. Would you be so kind to submit a pull request with the updated binaries?
