Describe the bug

But this section is not found.

Clicking the Update button, nothing happened.

Any errors? Have you tried installing openssl, vcredist, chrome?

How to install installing openssl please answer for clear

The openssl libraries are already installed in the application folder and this should be enough. But as a one of the attempts you can download it somewhere from the internet (v 1.1.1) and install. I don't have concrete links
