[klc] [keylayout] ABNT & JIS support

The ae13/IntlYen and ab11/IntlRo keys still haven’t been identified for Windows (KLC) and macOS (keylayout).

The keylayout output seems to be okay (at least, nobody has complained about that so far…) but the KLC output is unusable by MSKLC because of those duplicates.
