Destination reminders - Provide audio options for alerts

The new stop reminder is a nice idea, but may I suggest a silent notification rather than a voice - or at least the option to choose? Not everyone uses earbuds and it's a bit embarrassing to have that message suddenly blare out when you're on the bus.

My response:

Yes, we clearly need more customization options, as right now some people are saying it's not load enough and for others it's too loud.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap on arrival time
2. Choose "Show trip details"
3. Long press on destination stop and select to be reminded
4. Travel near the destination stop

Expected behavior:

Give the user the option to control how loud/if an audio alert is played

Observed behavior:

Right now audio alert is always played loudly

Note that currently the destination reminder audio is generated by TTS and not via a traditional notification channel.
