OOPS evaluation error

When executing the ontoology web interface it gives an "error in producing the evaluation report for ontology ....". I have run oops thorugh its web interface and it finished ok.

There is a problem with the web service we still need to solve.

This would be easily solved having OOPS as an external lib instead of a WS :) Or using a docker container with the web service that could be parallel to OnToology

Indeed. But then the HTML generated would be different (old view).

Add details to the errors (e.g., oops report).
