Clipboard sometimes suddenly stops syncing until toggle off/on

Yeah I've seen the issue happen in previous xquartz/xorg-server releases as well.

Accessibility is not enabled when it is, and is when its not.

I solved the issue using this [guide](https://www.macbartender.com/b4blog/macOS-Ventura-Permissions/) but with Hammerspoon instead of Bartender.
