Make google fonts and MaterialIcons available locally

As mentioned in #4492 google fonts and material icons are pulled from google. In this PR I tried make the fonts available locally. As shown in the picture below there is no connections made to fonts.googleapis.com. Please have a close looks since I have close to zero experience in html/css.
