Fire event "Insufficient filament" via websockets

Describe the solution you'd like Developer of OctoPod here. OctoPod already has support for this plugin to let users manage spools from the app. It would be awesome if developers that start a print from OctoPod could receive a message when there is Insufficient filament. I looked at the code and this logic is done on the webclient. Would it be possible to fire events like "Insufficient filament" via websockets so that clients like OctoPod can react to this event?
