No Layer Progress using SimplyPrint Slicer

I use another plugin, SimplyPrint for slicing, and it is based on Kiri-Moto Slicer.

After contacting the folks at SimplyPrint, they asked if you could include their slicer in the workings of DisplayLayerProgress.

I am running OctoPrint with Guy Sheffer's latest version of OctoPi 1.0.0. All software and plugins are up to date.
