BLE is unreliable on Android (Google Chrome)

Trainer control and some sensor data seems to get lost on Android. Sometimes I don't get HR data at all and sometimes the power control changes are not delivered.

Listening for the page 71 allows us to know if the resistance change was accepted.

**Describe the bug** The FTP test just crashes immediately on start. **To Reproduce** Start an FTP test. **Expected behavior** FTP test should not crash.
