Webparts on-Prem SP2016

Hi, I'm testing these webparts on-prem SP2016 and some are working. However a lot (e.g. all the News management webparts such as News Slider) have an issue when Manage Menu Items i.e. the o.k. button is missing and I can't add any new items or save changes. What could I do to make this work for on-prem (works perfectly in O365 of course!).
