Pandoc export not working

I have installed pandoc as well as pdflatex, and all options show up just fine in the command palette. However, when trying to export to any format, Obsidian hangs when exporting and only a force close will work. Am using macOS

I had a similar issue and it was that the plugin wasnt finding pandoc and failing without notifying this fact. In the configuration for Pandoc Plugin, add a path to pandoc in "Pandoc Path".

From my terminal I ran "which pandoc" and then pasted the output of that into the field. Here's what I added, but that was based on me installing pandoc with homebrew, so your location may be different.

This might not be your fix, but sharing as something you can try. If it works please close this issue :)
