Hidden folders reappear after switching workspaces

Expected Behaviour

Calling a saved workspace should keep hidden folders as set (for that workspace or even just in general)

Actual Behaviour

Hidden folders all reappear and the file hider visibility needs to be toggled again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hide a file/folder
2. Switch workspace (core plugin or workspace+)

@Oliver-Akins any chance of fixing this? The plugin doesn't really work if you are on multiple devices with this bug.
