Feature Request for Writers: Target word count for file and per session

Hi, thanks for creating this great package.

A couple of suggestions which I believe greatly benefits writers:

(i) We have a overall target main (e.g. length of book) which the package has, though this seems not to be file specific? In reality, there may be an overall length of a book, but different lengths of chapters (files).

(ii) Additionally, an enhancement would be to have a daily/'session' target, e.g. 2000 words today for a file. Often, writers have a target of x many words to write in a day.
