I don't see that happening anytime soon, sorry. Wireboard is build using the WPF framework for its GUI and it only supports Windows. I'd also imagine that the amount of people who mainly use a Mac and an Android Phone (opposed to iPhone) isn't that high, meaing that there is likely not that much demand for a Mac version.
