Snow is not removed in snowy biomes with DynamicTrees

Hey lebanni,

Did you actually verify that this issue occurs with only DynamicTrees and FastLeafDecay, and doesn't occur with only DynamicTrees?

I'm asking because FastLeafDecay does not actually affect the way leaves decay compared to vanilla Minecraft, just the rate at which they do. This leads me to think it's unlikely to cause an issue like this, but I'm interested to know if it can actually be pinpointed to do so.

Once FastLeafDecay is remove, the snow is properly remove from the DynamicTrees trees.
