Feature request IMC call to add mod blocks to ignore list.

Could you perhaps add an IMC to allow other mods to add blocks to your ignore list? My mod does not play nice with your mod since I inherit from BlockLeaves but I do cell automata with the blocks which cause the Leaves to disappear and reappear fairly rapidly. ferreusveritas/DynamicTrees#1
