Playing videos stops music from people, but does not restart it

Bug or intentional? I'm listening to music and scrolling the timeline. I scroll to a video that starts to play. My music stops. No sound from the video because it is disabled in the app settings. Scroll past the video, which stops playing, but my music doesn't start again. The music app is paused and I have to restart the music myself. In this case I would expect my music to not stop because I have audio disabled in the app. And, if I had audio enabled, then I would expect my music to start playing again after the video has stopped. This has been my experience with other apps.
